Clearly White can win this the required 24% but he most often gets only one shot and market losing chances abound here but Blue still isn't out of the woods if missed in many sequences.

Theoretically speaking this is probably a recube, but I'd hold back vs clearly weaker players since no one is passing yet vs me and the may err next turn.
