Until Stick, hinted at what I think is clearly the best play here, few if any even mentioned it.

It is easy to simply cover and move the slot to our 5 pt, but unless we can cover it with a 1 or 8 we haven't gained much and 7/5 allows our opp to run into the out field with 5's leaving only a single shot.

In contrast 13/11 offers better outfield control and if our opp rolls a 5 that doesn't hit and cover we have all sort of returns. 56 is a real bad hitting shot for him.
