Nackgammon Shuffle - A Real Life Challenge for you

It never ceases to amaze me how clever, intelligent, and fascinating a mind Nack Ballard has, and of course, there are a few others in backgammon that are at least in the same ballpark in these areas. The ingenuity to come up with nactation, nackgammon, the shuffle, and many of the concepts that apply to determining cube and checker play demonstrate unbelievable intellect and insight.
I can't help but wonder if these minds would take a few minutes to ponder some of the greatest challenges we face relative to growing the game of backgammon, what they might accomplish. My guess is that they might well offer a few practical suggestions to accomplish some of the main goals of those of us who are trying to find ways to improve and grow the game.
For example, I wonder what ideas Nack and others might come up with to:
a) simply get more people interesting in playing backgammon; b) get more families to play together and parents to teach their children; c) get more schools to form backgammon clubs; d) format backgammon in a way that would be interesting and exciting for television, to get some of the popularity poker enjoys; e) find a way to attract sponsors, and get more money into the game for both promotion and for tournaments; d) find a way to make tournaments more exciting and attractive to more people to increase attendance.
Please don't think this is in any way a criticism or complaint...people like Nack have given a tremendous amount of themselves back to the game in their own ways, but I just think that maybe with their intellect and insights they might offer a few suggestions we haven't thought of, tried, or pursued. Please, take a few minutes and see what you might come up with.
