I think that play which left less shot is better in this type of position.

I am lazy to count shots now but I would play 10/4 to left with only two blots and 18/14 to not leave good 6s to white. I think this play leaves min shots and give blue best chance to make point with those two blots if misses or to secure at least one more checker.
