(1) I'm not leaving Lil Junior behind, and don't want to play behind the anchor. That leaves 13/5(2) or 13/9(4). I'd make the 5 point.

(2) When gammon is assured, play safe. When gammon is not very likely, play safe. When gammon is in doubt, consider the downside and rip them off. Here we can take a second and third checker off, which leaves White needing 33 pips and 8 crossovers to get off the gammon, and 6 numbers that leave a shot. I'll roll this out later, but I don't think gammon is likely enough to bear two off, even though the risk is small, so I'll make the safe play 6*3(2) 5/2(2).

(3) The take is clear for sure, with a not-low anchor, several ways to win, and most entering 3's playing well. Blue has 25 free pips to play before he has to roll a 6. If that meant he had 3+ -- 4 -- rolls to perform, I'd redouble. But he doesn't, because White may enter and hit, or enter and come out.
