1. We can make the 4pt or the 18pt, or we could consider 24/21 10/4. We're behind in the race so that would seem to indicate hanging back and trying to contain White's straggler. However, we're also in some danger of getting attacked and trapped ourselves. I guess I make the 18pt anchor but it's not so obvious to me.

2. Not sure what the ME is at 3a11a but I'll guess it's about 15%. Taking and losing gives us 0%. Taking and winning will probably usually occur with the cube on 8 so that will give us 65%. With White having 4 checkers off, the take should be easy despite White's extra blot. Even if White enters I think she can probably take. ND/T.

3. We don't need a gammon but I think hitting will still win more often and won't lose many gammons. I'd just play 16/11* 13/7.
