IT IS NOT PRIORITY it is AFFINITY that engages both threads(cores)

In Response To: can one give less than 100% cpu time to XG (eXtreme Gammon)

The switches mentioned by Xavier still engage both cpu (cores?) and it needs to be set manually each time if another switch does not exist for the command line
