DQ Recap - anytime soon?

Was I supposed to receive it on Monday? The latest one for me also was Sept 13. Does this mean the latest one is to be sent out tonight? I was wondering how often they are to be sent out. Monthly is fine with me but just wondering about the frequency they are to be sent out. I know you are busy Stick so this is in no way a criticism. We all appreciate all the work you do with it.
