Let's look at the happy side : 7/36 rolls fail to cover, and even when we are facing a 5-point board White has a lot of work to do until he extracts everything, so he has an awful lot of work to do until he both extracts everything and closes the board.

Now we know that we win a lot of games, I'd say in the 35-40%, but the gammon % is very high, especially given our dangling blot in our board. And the gammon value is about 0.75, so it's no picnic. Still I'll give it a try, based on our good recube potential.
