Another nactation question: 31P-62S-21

What is the nactation for 31P-62S-21 played 8/7*/5.

My best guess is L-Lift where the hit is assumed. That choice creates a bit confusion: should L-Lift mean 7/5 and l-Lift (lower case) mean 8/6?
