For 13/6, your Nactation choice of 6 is clear and fine, though I find letters more aesthetically pleasing, other things equal. In that regard, Stick's recommendation of T (sTack or Tower) seems best.

Also fine is O (Outer). [By the most-points convention, lower-case "o" is 13/9 8/5.]
