DP. I cant see this being a take. Neil enters 11 times out of 36 and is practically gin (well, a little off, but mostly good). When he fans, any non 6 from white crashes his homeboard, and potentially leaves a shot (probably), which jacks up the wins for blue. Blue will also hit with the little splotters that enter while white has a homeboard blot.

The short of it is that there are immediate bonuses for blue, there are long term casualties for white, and its not worth laying the match on the line for it as white. Just take your lumps, and gammon Neil next game for the match. Besides, I dont think that white wins more than 30% here anyway - probably between 24 and 28 somewhere. (random number pulling from ass).
