7/4*/3 risks 11 shots but gains a lot when white misses, especially if he dances. I'm not sure if it's necessary to takes this risk here though.
I think the best safe play is 8/7 8/5 because it doesn't waste pips and it places the most builders to threaten white's blot. After this play the race is about equal, but the contact favors blue. White has to throw 10 pips or higher to leave and otherwise he either has to give blue a shot from his midpoint or stay under the gun on the 21 point.
It's probably close but I would play safe with 8/5 8/7.
