In Croatia we have live tournament elo..imagine that i am 1691..i am scheduled to play 1400 rated guy...point distribution not in my favor,..what i need to tell..i withdraw coz i refuse to risk my points???

How on earth we will get meaningful ratings on GG if 1900-2000guys dont want to play 1800 rated ones for tournament match..if no money at stake, simply rating points can keep them interested to play seriously.
