Leo "I have a player rated in 1900's who is refusing to play 1800guys rated for tournament match...

now he's basically sitting at his 1900 rating and 1800 guys dont have opportunity to gain points needed for provisional entry to iibgf master norm. especially if players rarely play non-tourney matches.

Is it nice for 1900's to enforce only unrated tournament matches.?"

Neil replies that this is BS as long as the 1800 players' ratings are established. I think he should be forced to play rated in that case.
