?Online tournament rule

In Response To: ?Online tournament rule (Leonardo Jerkovic)

For those who feel that players should have the option of playing a match unrated online, by that same logic, a player should have the option to have their live tournament matches played unrated. I don't think too many people would agree to that. As a matter of fact, live tournaments have been surrepticiosly rated for well over a year now in the US.
