i dont know which 1900 player u have in mind...but i have one player in master norm who hasnt played a rated match in iibgf tournament master norm...

opps all agreed to unrated np..but is it ok for him to sit for ever on his 1900 rating...

i know iibgf elo will come up eventually when we play more matches...but we used GG levels for provisional entry to master norms...
