Chips have been thrown in as a call, itīs a call, no matter what the player said what his intentions were.

Should not be validated as a raise.

Clearly, he should have been given a warning. A player participating in an event such as the EPT should know exactly the difference between raise and call, even if he is not English-speaker. Itīs poker standard.

If I got that right that he had done it all the time before during the tournament, itīs inaccpetable to let him play without any penalty.
