Assuming the cube's in the middle, it looks like D/P. It's a 3 roll pos except that Blue's D1 doesn't win for him right away. So on 1/36, Blue is around 70% vs. 100% in a pure 3-roll position. That gives Ray's side around 1% more wins - not quite enough to take.
