1. Covering with 7/3 looks clear. Then it looks like a choice between 13/7 and 12/6. 13/7 gains more when it works, but we have enough of a race lead that I'd play safe with 12/6.

2. Most of the factors seem to point to paying now so that's what I'll do: 13/9 13/8.

3. Five rolls cover. Four rolls fail to lift the blot (but gain in the race). The race is pretty even. Typically, Blue will lift the blot and bring a checker closer, and White may or may not enter. I would take as White but am not sure about it, so D/T.
