Another vote for no double, then making the 11 point as heavy as possible.

One way to work the cube decisions is that if it's conceivable we might double, have the first board we see be just the position with a question mark by the cube, or something like that, with a checkbox Yes or No, possibly with a place to write comments after either. Once we have clicked either one, we get linked over to a board with the dice shown.

The cube would have to be shown in its previous location, since I would think it would be overly time-consuming for you to have two separate links for Yes and No, but we'd play it consistently with whether we'd cubed or not. Maybe now and then, if the decision(s) were very interesting, you could actually have two separate links...but for every day it would be too much work, yes?

If there's no cube decision board, we can still holler about it when we get dice right away instead, but I doubt there'll ever be an upset if you start showing the cube decision early on.

And speaking of links, if nobody else has suggested this and it's not too difficult to do...why not have a link at the end of the "Moves Leading Up to Today's OLM", taking us straight to today's decision?
