Blue has something worse than a 5-roll position (36 epc), but by how much?
A flat position with 2 on each point has a wastage of 10 pips. From there, Blue has effectively borne off three from the 6 point. He hasn't removed any low chequers, so his wastage must still be about 10, and the epc 46.
White's position is also fairly flat; a singleton on the ace is good, but the singleton on the four point is bad when there are four chequers to clear behind it. I'd reckon the wastage is 9.5 pips, for an epc of 48.5. He trails by 2.5 pips.
White's position is a "pips" position, Blue's is somewhere between a "pips" and a "rolls" position.
For pips vs pips, Rule 62 applies. White can take if he is down 4 pips down, and Blue can double ahead by a single pip. This would make the position a double and a comfortable take.
For pips vs rolls, point of last take is 2 pips which would make this a pass by half a pip.
I think Blue is more pips than rolls-orientated, so I would guess this is a double and a take, with White winning about 26%.
