5 scored errors. Several others that didn't make the scorebook. The overthrow at first base on the potential double play -- didn't cost them a base so no error is given (in scoring can't 'assume' the completed double play). Did cost them an out. Cruz misplayed the Freese's ball in the ninth -- I think 75% of rightfielders in MLB catch the ball to end the series. I noted several others during the game but don't recall them immediately.

Second game in a row that LaRussa burned a player needlessly. He brought in a pitcher in Game 5 to issue an intentional walk? And then pulled him? If the first reliever couldn't intentionally walk someone then he shouldn't be playing. Last night he lets one pitcher get announced as a pinch hitter and then replaces him with another. Had the game gone many more additional innings that could've come back to haunt him. I think he is grossly overhyped as a manager.
