UBK: But it is allowed to Pinchhit for a pinchhitter? Seems like a strange lack of symmetry.

Joe Russell: Yes, it is allowed when the other team changes pitchers.

Too bad I didn't witness this exchange in person, I might have made a buck off of Joe on a bet.

You can pinch hit for a pinch hitter ANYTIME, not just when the other team changes pitchers. This is in fact what happened in Game 6.
