It's starting to look like a bug ..

I did some further research: I changed the position to moneygame to rule out all match score related stuff. 4-ply still showed the same big preference for 6/4 2/1.

Then I compared the 4-ply dice maps for the positions after 6/4 2/1 and 4/1. Even though XG's 4-ply evaluation says 6/4 2/1 is 0.062 better than 4/1, its dice maps shows that after most rolls the resulting positions after 4/1 have bigger equities!
Also the average equity shown in the dice map shows a higher number for 4/1.

I'll send a mail to Xavier because this looks like a bug to me.
