Moving to the 21 point comes too much under the gun for my taste, so skip that. 13/9 13/10 strips the midpoint and leaves almost as many shots as slotting, so skip that too.
That leaves slotting and 13/6 as possible candidates. 13/10 8/4 seems to be the better slotting play because it leaves the least shots and duplicates more numbers. But I don't like slotting here because we are outboarded and might want to have our hands free next turn to hit an outfield blot, escape or make an anchor.
So 13/6 is my choice.
