We're going to need to escape to win. From the ace point we have more escaping numbers, and give fewer attacking numbers. Since that's by far the most important feature, I don't think we want to play 24/23 or create another blot with 6/3. What would play better for us after that besides 3-1 and perhaps 5-1 (with which we might instead play 24/18 or bar/24*)?

Stacking two extras on the point in front of the anchor is ugly but we'll probably have another builder next roll and our distribution really doesn't matter too much because our main winning chance depends on running into the outfield soon from the ace point. If we're hit loose there or in the outfield, or hit a blot in the outfield, we don't want a home board blot.
