This is a difficult one! I don't like running while behind in the race. Even if we're not hit, what have we accomplished? I play 13/7 with the 6 and then have to choose between 5/3 and 13/11. My first instinct was 5/3, but it seems likely that White will hit us on the ace point with a 7 anyway, so I'll try:

13/11 13/7
