Dmitriy's rollouts don't seem to corroborate your theory that almost all the skill is from Blue's side. The full 3-ply/3-ply rollout shows fewer pseudocubeless wins for Blue than the XGR+ truncated rollout does.

While it certainly seems that Blue has more difficult decisions than White does, I'm not sure that White's side is all that trivial to play. If White had only one checker back I would agree, but that's not the case here.
