It seems that the choice is between bar/22 11/7 and bar/21 11/8. (If we're going to come in on the 21pt then I don't think we should leave any other blots around to be attacked.)

Coming in on the 21pt and cleaning up a blot seems a little more thematic; we're ahead in the race and the match score, so we want to escape the straggler and not get another blot sent back. But bar/21 comes under the gun of four builders, while bar/22 comes under the gun of only three builders. Sometimes stepping up to the point that the opponent wants to make is preferable because the rolls that make that point are bad for us in any case, and we don't lose too much by getting hit, but I don't think that's the case here. If Black makes the 4pt, we're much better positioned on the 22pt than on the bar.

Of course if we come in on the 21pt then we have to expose our other blot to a double shot with 11/7. But 3's and 4's are duplicated. If our bar-point slot isn't hit, we have a good shot at making it, and the four-prime will be a strong asset.

Does the score and cube location make a difference? If we're cubed immediately then I think we have an easy take either way.

Tough call but I'll try bar/21 11/7.
