1. Though we have the stronger board, I don't think we should leave blots around gratuitously or we'll get attacked, so 22/17 and 17/14 16/14 look like the only plausible candidates to me. 17/14 16/14 looks more natural to me, making a point that should be easier to clear later.
2. Difficult; there are many choices here. We could try hitting with 7/3* and then either splitting with 24/22 or bringing a checker down with 13/11. However, this play gives White a lot of return shots, including several double hits, and it gives up our four-prime, so I think it's the wrong idea. If we reject hitting, then 13/9 is the 4 and we have to find a 2. There is of course the obvious safe 9/7, but that does little to improve our position and I think our stronger board should allow us to play more boldly than that in order to secure an advantage. 24/22 prepares to escape our back checkers, but it looks a little too loose to slot and split. I'll try 13/11 13/9. If we're hit then at least we still have an anchor, and if we're not hit then we're a favorite to cover the valuable 9pt.
3. It's tempting to make the 3pt here, but I think that's too greedy. It comes with serious danger of collapsing. I would get the back checkers going with 24/21 23/22.
