A "standard" 5pt-holding game is a clear take with a 19-pip deficit because of the shot equity. This isn't quite a standard 5pt-holding game. Blue may not be able to clean up the blots and White may hit a shot right away; however, her weak board means that that will hardly clinch the game. White could roll something awkward that doesn't allow her to spring her spares free, or that allows her to run part-way where it might get hit. Overall, I think White's position is worse than in a standard 5pt-holding game. I still think it's a take, though. Not sure about the double but I think doubling is at most a small error and it's possible that not doubling is a big error. D/T.
