I'm no good at this, but here goes. As a straight race its a clear drop. As a 5-point holding game its an obvious take, and I'm not sure on the double. That wouldn't be so clear if the midpoint were cleared. Here it is all confused, but I think it is closer to a holding game with cleared midpoint than a "normal" one. That leads me to think the double is pretty clear, and the take/drop decision may be close. If I'm understanding thing correctly, the "cleared midpoint" means white is less likely to get a shot, and white's 4 men back means he can wait loner for a shot so that may balance somehow. Based on that I'd guess double/take, but it's really just a guess. I'll be interested to read how more experienced players approach this.
