I think you want to hit to increase gammon chances, so I'd rate the full prime last among the 4. Then I believe sending another checker back together with building a 5 prime is very strong, so 24/23* 13/7 is my first choice (To Stick: either this or making the full prime is the DMP play, and it is clear which wins more gammons). The other two I rank 2 and 3, and am not sure in which order.
