OTB, I first dismissed 13/9* as being inferior to 20/16*. Then I figured that 24/20 10/8 was probably better than 8/4 6/4 because "either 5pt beats either 4pt." With so many blots around, I decided that hitting was better than anchoring and then played 10/8 to cut down on my blot count.

It seems that this position is an exception to the rule of thumb that "either 5pt beats either 4pt," because of all the tactical complications.
