Thanks Stick, would appreciate your analysis on this!

"Mutual Holding games, 'forced' to leave a shot", has been the very subject I've examined through the last couple of weeks, I smiled when I saw this thread :-)

My focus has been on the 18-13-8 combo with stripped 18 and 13 points. I'm trying to figure out when you should make the "amortization play" (13/8, keeping your 18-point while leaving a shot at 13).

I call it the amortization play: It's not pay-now/pay-later, but rather pay a little now and pay a little later!

Will try to put in a couple of positions here, because the subject is interesting.
