I haven't searched through the old posts to see if 41S-63S-43 is treated explicitly. Generally speaking, anchoring is better than making the 5pt after 41S-xxx-43 and making the 5pt is better than anchoring after 43Z-xxx-41, because of the smoother distribution that results. Here, though, Blue's 9pt blot is threatened with a direct shot so I'd play P (9/5 8/5).
