Probability Question

Julian Fetterlein recently reminded me that, in the Friday night tournament of the first BIBA tournament of 2003, the semi-finalists were 1st and 2nd in each of 2002's annual rankings.

I could work out the chances of 4 players each winning 4 matches, but was struggling with how to calculate the chances of each player being in a different quarter of the draw.

It is obviously more likely to happen than 1.57 millionths, as Julian Fetterlein was involved and he is by far the best player in the UK.
