In Response To: Backgammon Literature on Doubling (jdg)

And Winning with the Doubling Cube by Peter Bell (1997). It is not, I think, entirely accurate but it shows that a lot can be covered in 200 pages. A commendable effort which should stimulate ideas for the content of a modern text.
