Not worth the risk. On the assumption that the Giants will score another touchdown (which they need to do in any case), then if Green Bay goes for 2, the Giants winning scenario looks like this: Packers fail, and Giants win OT. This is a little over 25%. If the Packers kick the extra point, the Giants need this: Giants convert, and Giants win OT. This is less than 25%.
In effect the Packers get to decide which team has to attempt a two-point conversion; if they do it, the Giants don't have to. If the conversion probability is worse than 50/50, you want to make the other guy do it.
