1. The gammon is already pretty sure, also at the score the gammonprice is low and backgammons don't count. So I would play 6/2.
2. Tough choice but I would play 23/22* 16/13, mainly because it gains a racing lead.
3. I would pay later with 8/3 6/3. The position looks ugly but is still playable because we have a lot of spares to play with. Also white has to move so we might be able to attack him next turn or maybe he has to break his board.
