Is the 5-point worth more than a double shot?

When the alternative is the barpoint?

No, i don't think so.

I rather strip the mid than the 8-point here,

and since 2 and 4 have some duplication:

13/7 24/23

2.

Should we go into a triple shot?

It seems to much for me.

I think adding to builders for the 5 and 7-point is better.

There is also some duplication of the 62 and 64.

And AtS we don't have to fear gammons.

13/11 13/9

3.

A threat double.

1 and 3 hit

4,5,6 blitz.

The maximum diversification and the 4-prime make it a DP.

Gammons are unbalanced in this position, blue will have more.

The 2-cube might get blue to the match-win,

while the 2-cube will get white max to a 4-score.
