Sure enough, it is still correct to cover the 10pt with P (Point, bar/23 13/10) rather than @ (anchor, bar/22 24/22). See rollout below.
You might find it surprising, but the margin is the same here as in Neil's original 62S-21X-32 position rolled out here, [P @25].
As I see it, the fact that White's bar point is made (instead of blotted) gives Blue less incentive to anchor (staying split in Neil's position puts more pressure on the 18pt blot), but White's extra 6 pips in blitzing power (that anchoring defends against) evidently compensates.
