I think the bot usage of TG/T is a useful concept. It means that even if you knew your opponent would incorrectly pass, you should still play on. I don't believe that this is a misuse of the term "too good." After all, it happens only when you have enough gammon chances.

On the other hand, I loathe the term "too good and not good enough."
