Gammons are dead, so it's only about how blue can win. The only way to make white break the prime is to block a white checker, and to do that it's necessary for blue to hit. Here I'd surely play 13/9* 13/8 as blue, hoping to get hit on the deuce, then dance for a few rolls. While on the bar blue must hope white is blocked by the four blocking points, and eventually breaks the prime. Long shot for sure, but is there a better game plan?
