Indeed, if it is not 13/9* 13/8 I will learn something. QF tells me that I should thank Tim in advance.

13/9* 8/3 doesn't make any sense as it breaks the 8-point, and when we can't counterprime our best chance is to get one checker hit for making the defensive ace point, but not to get two or three checkers hit. As for not hitting, it would be playing for 2.5% winning chances. Even if White rolls 44 he is way up in the race.
