13/7(2) primes the straggler, so it is a part of my play. Then, although 22/16 11/5 seems reasonable, I would like to profit of the doublet for renewing our presence in the outfield, both for connectivity and for preparing to extend the prime. So 21/15(2) or 20/14(2). Finally, keeping the 21 gives us better chances to hit something, with no obvious drawback since we are not getting primed anyway.
