I concur with your fine analysis, and you were able to successfully guess/deduce the correction to my typo.
I made just one change to your set of nacbracs, which I'm sure your eagle eye will spot:
31P-62S-21 [H o5 X34] /15*5
31P-63S-21 [H o1 X24] /10*5
31P-63S-21 [H o6 X21] \eAs I've created no better use for the back-slash, it stands for GnuBG 4-ply. (I use the vertical slash | for GnuBG 3-ply.)
When a numeral play within a nacbrac has a single-digit margin, I insert a hyphen for clarity. For example, 31P-62S-21 [H 5-5 X34] /15*5.
For 13/11 8/7*, an alternative for H (Hit) is D (Down). Another (albeit highly unusual) alternative is the numeral 1 for 11pt, which is all the more reason not to use lower-case L (l) for 8/7*/5. :)
