This post is updating the data (and its formatting) that was posted here.
51S-43
51S-43 rollouts for money, dmp, save, and go:
[U D15 S17 Z20 X28] ~15 (Powie)
[U D3 S5 X6 Z14] /46***20 (Stick)
[U D7 S10 Z11 X23] <15***5 (Stick)
[U D3 S8 Z10 X18] <46 (Ken)
[U D6 S7 Z13 X17] ^46***7 (Neil)
[U D2 S5 Z9 X12] "^46**31 20 (David)d[D S1 U1 X3 Z5] /10 (Stick)
d[U D4 S4 Z6 X6] /10 (Nack)
d[U S1 D4 Z4 X6] <31 (David)
d[U=S D1 X4 Z6 H11] "^46**10 6 (Tommy)s[X S3 U6 D16 Z17] /15**5 (Stick?)
s[X S4 U7 Z17 D25] <31**20 15 (David)g[D S24 N24 Z28] /5 (Stick?)
Key: U = Up (24/21 24/20), D = Down (13/10 13/9), S = Split (24/20 13/10), Z = reverse split (24/21 13/9), X = hit-and-split (24/21 6/2*), H = Hit (13/10 6/2*). Error sizes are in thousandths. Before brackets, d = dmp, s = save, g = go; else assume money. After brackets is a bot symbol (~ Snowie, / GnuBG, < XG1 3-ply, ^ XG1 4-ply, "^ XG2 4-ply) and the number of trials in thousands, rounded down (asterisk is a repeater, not necessary after the final number).
For example, s[X S4 U7 Z17 D25] <31**20 15 means that at (gammon) save, X is best, S is -.004 and U is -.007 in an XG1 3-ply rollout after 31000+ trials, Z is -.017 after 20000+ trials, and D is -.025 after 15000+ trials.
There were some silent fireworks over the last day or two. Tommy e-mailed me that his 4-ply rollout so far was d[S U2 D2] "^15, suggesting the possibility that 51S-43 is a T4 (technical four-score position). As you can see, though the S play apparently led nearly the whole way in his rollout, S has been only barely overturned at 46k. To an extra decimal place, the nacbrac is d[U S0.1 D1.5 X4.3 Z6.2 H11.4] “<46**10 6.
If anyone would like to extend Tommy's rollout, please post a note here (or e-mail me) and someone will e-mail you the file.
