When is U correct? - opening roll

On the opening roll, I believe there are some scattered scores where U may be best or extremely close. In particular, I believe it plays very well at 2aP. And, I believe it is a contender at some other scores. Unfortunately, I'm not able to post anything right now.

The replies for commonly seen 43Z are largely obvious. When U is close, Z is often the alternative or one of the alternatives. The money replies to U aren't that difficult for anyone who knows to hit. But, AtS they are much tougher. For example money favorite R is only in fifth place .03 back of the leader for 43U-64-s:

So, I am looking for excuses to open with 43U AtS rather than opening with Z. When it is close, I open with U.
